1.1 DO I NEED TO REGISTER BEFORE I CAN BUY ANYTHING?
No, you can easily buy anything you like without having to register. You simply add the item you want to your cart and go the check-out area where you can pay your products. Making purchases in our online shop is secure. For details on our security measures, please see terms and conditions.
1.2 HOW CAN I PAY?
We offer several methods of payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Bancontact/MisterCash and Paypal. All transactions are verified and secured through the Ogone Payment system.
1.3 IS THIS SITE SECURE?
Yes! We implemented several security measures.
All payment transactions are verified and secured through certified Payment systems. We are protected by various firewall systems and SSL 128 bit encryption. As a result, the validity of access rights – at the moment of your payment by bank card – is automatically verified and all information exchanges are encrypted in order to guarantee confidentiality. The exchange of sensitive information – like your credit card number – happens between the client and our 100% secure site.
1.4 AN ITEM IS MISSING FROM MY ORDER. ANY CHANCE I CAN STILL GET IT?
Contact us straight away after you have noticed something is missing from your order. If we still have the item, we'll send it to you, obviously with no extra shipping costs for you to pay. If the item is sold out, we'll transfer the money back to you.
1.5 THE PRICE HAS CHANGED SINCE I ORDERED. CAN I GET A REFUND?
Our prices can change in response to stock, demand from customers or as we are moving on to the end of season. In any of these cases we will not refund the difference.
1.6 WILL A CERTAIN ITEM GET BACK IN STOCK?
We have no specific rules about restocking. It may happen, or it may not.
1.7 HOW DO I KNOW THAT THE PRODUCTS YOU SELL ARE AUTHENTIC?
As an authorised online distributor for all of the designers we feature, we unconditionally guarantee that every item we sell is 100% authentic. Please note that we are unable to comment on the authenticity of any items not purchased from YAY.
1.8 CAN I ADD ITEMS TO AN EXISTING ORDER?
It is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order. If you would like all your items to be delivered together, you will need to cancel your order(s) and place a new order which contains all the items you require.
1.9 HAS MY ORDER BEEN SHIPPED OUT YET?
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number. From here it should be delivered within the timeframe we advertise. I have received a faulty item/ incorrect item/wrong size. What should I do? If you think you have received a faulty item, please contact us as soon as you can at [email protected]. Please attach photos and your comments. Do not send back any items before you have our approval. If by mistake you have received an incorrect item or the wrong size, contact us at [email protected] and we'll sort it out immediately for you.
1.10 HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING COST?
For orders in Belgium we will have a general shipping price of € 6,50 per package. For orders in the Netherlands this will be €10,00. For other European countries this will be €15,00 or € 18,00 depending of the country. For the US we charge € 25 and for the rest of the world €35,00. All orders over €150,00 will enjoy FREE shipping when shipped to Belgium.
1.11 HOW LONG DOES IT TAKES TO DELIVER MY PACKAGE?
Benelux 2 days after receiving shipping information. Rest of Europe 3-5 days after receiving shipping information. Rest of the world 6-8 days after receiving shipping information.
1.12 IS MY PACKAGE INSURED?
All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from YAY to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance. If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery, or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged box.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the shipped date to return your order to us for an exchange/refund. Items returned must be unworn,in original packaging and in resalable condition. Delivery Charges are non-refundable.
Please Note - In order to process your return or exchange we request that:
Swimwear and intimate apparel must be returned unworn and with the original packaging and tags in place.
Shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them.
Items on sale are not to be sent back. We reserve the right to refuse to exchange/refund sale items.
1.13 WHAT ABOUT RETURNS AND REFUNDS?

You expressly acknowledge that the courier is a third-party delivery service. We do not control how they provide their services nor their delivery timeframes. However, we will use reasonable efforts to ensure that goods are delivered within a reasonable period of time. We are not responsible for and will not pay for any loss, damages, costs or expenses related to the courier’s delivery services, including (but not limited to):
(i) any damage caused to the goods once the goods are loaded by the courier at our Premises (including during transport or delivery);
(ii) any damage caused to your property while the goods are being transported or delivered;
(iii) if the goods are lost, stolen or misplaced by the courier; or
(iv) if the courier fails to deliver the goods within a notified or estimated
timeframe for delivery.

There may be variations to the reference images used on this website for anything you may order. Images provided on our website are for illustrative purposes only. We will not accept the return or exchange of any articles due to any variation between the articles you receive and reference images on this website.

If we agree with a return, you have 14 days from the shipped date to return your order to us for an exchange/refund on your account. We do not give money back. You can simply return (part of) your order by sending it back to us within 14 days after you have received it, for whatever reason, or by coming directly to our shop YAY Antwerp and return the item there. When approved, you will receive a refund on your account. You can not open the package and check the content: the product must be returned unused with all stickers attached. Goods should be protected in a box or plastic bag. No tape is to be attached to the product or the product''s packaging. When you return something by post, please add the original receipt in the box. If you have not received one or lose it, please contact us at [email protected]. The address is YAY, Riemstraat 13, 2000 Antwerp, Belgium. Shipping costs will not be refunded. This applies to the original shipping cost for your order as well as the return shipping cost.
In the case of a faulty item (or any other mistake from our side), we will cover the cost of the shipping. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply to the above listed criteria. We will refund your payment on your account within 3 weeks after you have sent the goods back to us. Refunds on your account will only be made if the return complies with our returns policy listed above. We will not refund any delivery charges, unless you have received a faulty item or in the case we made any kind of mistake. We only cover the return costs from the used shipping address to YAY, not from other addresses. Ask for a return label.
